On January 18-19, 2021, the Terminology Working Group ISO/TC 306/WG 1 of the Foundry Machinery Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization passed ZOOM and held the seventh web conference. Domestic experts gathered in Quanzhou to discuss their opinions on the fourth part of the terminology-shot blasting machines and other casting cleaning equipment with more than a dozen experts from Germany, Japan, and Italy through on-site connections. This standard is led by Fujian Minxuan Technology Co., Ltd. The chief engineer Zhu Bin is the project leader of this standard, and the company consultant Zhan Changjun as a domestic expert attended the meeting. Also attending the meeting were ISO/TC 306 Manager Ding Supei, Secretary-General Lu Jun of the National Foundry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, and Ding Renxiang, Chief Engineer of Qingdao Antai Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.
Our company has been actively participating in various domestic and international standardization activities. As a member of the ISO/TC 306 domestic counterpart technical committee, it not only led the formulation of the fourth part of the terminology standard, but also participated in the drafting and formulation of the other four parts. , And the formulation of a number of safety standards. The term standard is the first series of standards in the field of foundry machinery led by my country, and it is also the most basic standard, which is of great significance to the future international standardization of foundry machinery. At present, the first and second parts have been successfully released and implemented, the third part has entered the DIS phase, and the fourth and fifth parts are in the WD phase. In this meeting, countries have major differences on the classification and naming of shot blasting machines. After two days of intense discussion, they finally reached a consensus and successfully completed the overall review of the fourth part. After the draft was revised, the CD will be opened.
